The journey
Intimacy is six 60-minute sessions of conscious connected breathwork — in person, held, and entirely bespoke to you. We touch the breath in every single session, going a little further in each time. We begin with the why and the how, and end in a full 40-minute CCB immersion that many describe as life-changing.

How Do You Breathe?
BuildingWe begin with honest, curious observation. Where are you in your nervous system right now — flight, freeze, or flow? We map your breath together: where it lives, where it stops, what it avoids. You'll learn the why and how of conscious connected breathing, and take your very first steps in — gently and safely. You leave with belly breathing as a daily anchor.

BuildingWe move before we breathe. Gentle movement and body scanning reveal where you hold, guard, and contract. Hands on belly and heart space anchor you within your own body. Then we breathe — a little longer, a little more connected. You begin to understand what CCB is doing inside you, and why it works the way it does.

BuildingThe CCB practice grows longer and deeper. Curated music and yogic nidra deepen the space. Emotions and sensations begin to surface naturally as the breath does what the mind cannot. Things start to soften. You are learning to trust it — and yourself.

40-min immersionThis is where we arrive at the full 40-minute CCB practice for the first time. You are ready — we have built here together. The breath becomes a torch, gently illuminating the parts of you that have lived in hiding. Neal's Yard aromatics, integrative tools, and grounding practices support your nervous system as we go all the way in.

Your own breath sequences, anchoring rituals, integration practices. You will not need me forever — and that is exactly the point.

Meet Evangeline

Evangeline's journey began as a reflexologist and evolved through decades of study across India, Bali, Lanzarote and Cornwall. She trained at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala, deepened her bodywork with the founders of Tulamassage in Bali, and worked alongside Alan Dolan — the Breath Guru — at his retreat in Lanzarote, where she witnessed the profound capacity of conscious connected breathwork to address trauma, stress, and anxiety.
She is trained in Polyvagal Theory and integrates this understanding of the nervous system into every session. Her work is not a formula. It is a living, responsive practice — shaped by her own journey of loss, resilience, and return to self.
Her mother's final words guide everything she does:
